I like to think I鈥檓 not your typical Counsellor- for one, I am fully aware of the trappings of the changing times. Having moved countries both as a refuge child and then adult, worked, stayed home to raise a family and went back to university in mid鈥�

Often, the struggles that bring people to therapy, such as anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, anger, guilt, questions around sexuality or identity, and the impact of childhood experiences, sit alongside deeper questions around self:鈥�

I am a Specialist Trauma & Sexual Abuse Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Helping Survivors Rebuild Safety, Confidence & Emotional Wellbeing. In addition to trauma and abuse, I am equipped to work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, 鈥�
