I hold a BA in Psychology and trained as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist at CCPE (2000-2005 MA degree), in London. On the back of the course, I trained as an EMDR Practitioner (under Alexandra Richman). I offer support and exploration from a holistic鈥�

I am an experienced individual, and couples therapist. I help couples that are facing difficulties. I also help individuals that struggle with self worth, ADHD, work problems, difficulties with family and children and much more. Life can sometimes fe鈥�

My background is in care and support work, especially dementia and sexual trauma.   I enjoyed these supporting roles, offering empathy and understanding to the vulnerable. This led me to a path to train as a counsellor, and I qualified in integrative鈥�

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Existential Psychotherapy, which explores meaning, freedom, responsibility, and authenticity. This helps us look beyond symptoms to how you experience yourself, relationships, and the world. It supports reflection鈥�

I specialise in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, as well as people from kink or sex work communities, people living with chronic illness or disability, people from racialised backgrounds, and those navigating cultural differences. I 鈥�

In my therapy sessions, we will work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will help you 鈥渞e-frame鈥� your reactions and provide you with valuable and practical tools to help you cope with life鈥檚 obstacles. I鈥檓 confid鈥�
