I am a Person Centred Therapist and Supervisor. I work online via zoom. I am an experienced therapist I have worked in private practice since 2014. I work with but not solely with the LGBTQIA+ community. Having being an associate counsellor with Heal鈥�

I work one-to-one online with adults facing personal challenges such as: trauma or abuse; stress, anxiety or low mood; feeling 鈥渘ot good enough鈥� or struggling with self-esteem; loss or grief; menopause or parenting. Together we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 trou鈥�

You might be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, confused and facing challenges that are uncomfortable and distressing for you. It's not always easy or possible to speak about what's going on with friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of be鈥�
