My initial training was in Person Centred Counselling, the course also touched on Focusing and other modalities like CBT.  Since qualifying I have trained to use creativity and Forest Therapy. Person-centred Counselling is about providing a space in 鈥�

I offer individual One-to-One therapy for Adults and Young People. I work daytime and evening. I am a fully qualified accredited and registered experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapsit and I offer short and longer term counselling in a safe鈥�
