I am an integrative counsellor and therapist offering individual therapy to adults. I provide a calm, reflective space for people experiencing life transitions 鈥� times when an old way of living or understanding oneself no longer feels right, but what鈥�

I offer face to face sessions from the Fred Bulmer Centre in Hereford, I also offer on-line sessions which can be more convenient and easier to manage for some. I work with adults, young people and children. I offer concessionary rates to students. T鈥�

Counselling can be of benefit to anyone; don't worry about your issue being too big, too complicated, too embarrassing or not bad enough... There are no pre-requisites鈥�my main concern is that you find a safe space to share and work through the issues鈥�

My counselling approach is mainly person-centred counselling. In summary, this is a non-directive approach which aims to put you in control of your therapy and healing. When working with you using this approach I will support you, rather than direct 鈥�
