I am a Psychodynamic counsellor and supervisor and cover all aspects of counselling including couples.

We all need someone to talk to at certain times in life. I can provide you the opportunity to share in confidence whatever is troubling you and work with you to move towards better days.

I provide a relaxed, respectful, non-judgemental space where clients can feel fully supported and listened to. While therapy can still feel like it has a stigma attached to it in society, I believe that effective therapy can be the defining reparativ鈥�
