I work therapeutically in a bespoke way for each individual. I am an Integrative, Humanistic and Psychodynamic  Psychotherapist and specialise in Bereavement, complex and sudden grief and traumatic loss. I have over 25 years extensive experience in t鈥�

I have over 26 years experience working as an Integrative Psychotherapist, both in private practice and in the Higher Education sector. I am a Trauma Informed and Trauma Focussed Practitioner and have undertaken various trauma trainings including EMD鈥�

My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�
