Hi, I'm Gosia, and I'd like to start by saying: you're not alone. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and reaching out for support takes real courage - but it's also one of the kindest things you can do for yourself. Whatever you're going through, 鈥�

I provide a warm, friendly, empathetic, confidential, safe space. Here you will be the focus of our time together. There are times where we can all use a bit of extra help. If you are struggling, I can be a non-judgemental, compassionate ear to liste鈥�

How can I help? I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, difficulties without judgement. My aim is to help you truly feel heard and understood. Together we can work through the issues tha鈥�

I work with adults who appear highly functional on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, internally fragmented, or disconnected from themselves underneath. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, capable, and deeply adaptive. They may b鈥�

Since 2022, I鈥檝e worked primarily in the voluntary sector, supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. This work has shaped how I practice, with sensitivity to trauma, nervo鈥�
