I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw on different modalities depending on what is best suited to you as the client. For example, we might work together on practical ways of dealing with anxiety, or we could reflect on past experiences an鈥�

I recognise that it can feel difficult to know if counselling is right for you, right now. You may be feeling nervous about beginning therapy or unsure of how counselling could help you. To alleviate some of this uncertainty, I offer a free 30-minute鈥�
