I'm Susan, a 糖心官网 registered Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with a background in Systemic Practice, Trauma Informed Practice and CBT. I am based in South East London and offer online and face to face counselling for 50 minute sessions鈥�

I'm an integrative counsellor, using a range of techniques tailored to suit you. This can include looking back at past experiences to process them fully as well as using CBT to help manage daily stress and anxiety. I'm also a qualified mindfulness me鈥�
