Hi, I'm Jane, founder of Your Space Counselling and Psychotherapy. Having personal experience of the difficulties life throws at us I trained to be a counsellor to give back and am passionate about giving others the strength, self belief, support and鈥�

I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) as I鈥檝e seen how exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour and making small, intentional changes can help people move beyond feeling stuck and create meaningful, lasting cha鈥�

Counselling is my vocation and professional passion. I work as an integrative counsellor allowing me to use different approaches to build a working alliance with my client that is unique to them and their needs. I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counse鈥�
