I offer person centred counselling, what that means is that I offer a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement, to explore your thoughts and feelings, that you might not always feel you can discuss with other people, to help you mak鈥�

I am an integrative therapist and have been practising for about 25 years. I work by utilising the principles of person centred therapy, CBT  and attachment (early experience). I am a Relate trained counsellor and hold professional Associate membersh鈥�
