Welcome to Katherine Hamblin counselling 鈥� here鈥檚 a little about me and how I might be able to support you.. I come from a place of having faced my own challenges, and while some of those experiences may be similar to yours, each of us is unique, wit鈥�

Hi, Im Gabi. I am warm and down to earth therapist with many years experience working within women鈥檚 health, trauma, bereavement and addiction services. I work in a LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming way creating a supportive and honest relationship鈥�

I believe that when given the best circumstances, each one of us can live a happy, fulfilled life. I also believe that at times life puts barriers in our way that prevents people from achieving this, when that happens, it can be hard to put things in鈥�

Coming to therapy for the first time can be a daunting prospect, but I would like to assure you that I will provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space to enable you to relax and begin the therapeutic journey which takes the direction you want 鈥�

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you don鈥檛 have to do this alone. I鈥檓 a warm, open and empathetic therapist and my way of working is relational, gentle, and creative, shaped by a trauma-informed perspectiv鈥�

I am an integrative person centred counsellor. Experienced and qualified in Counselling and Mental health in the Workplace and certified teacher in Adult Education, providing professional services to individuals, couples and businesses. Registered wi鈥�

I work with individuals that are functioning on some level, they鈥檙e managing their main day to day activities whether that be work, studies, showing up for people around them but something feels amiss. Stuck on a feeling that life is not quite as it 鈥�
