I'm an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor; this means I am trained in and draw upon theories from the main psychological schools and tailor my approach to the unique individual that you are. I don鈥檛 apply a particular method to you but rather m鈥�

I provide a welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for adults, veterans, military families, and children facing emotional challenges, trauma, bereavement, or life transitions. In addition to talking therapy, I offer Animal-Assisted Therapy鈥�
