I am a qualified, person centred, therapeutic counsellor. I have extensive experience in working with clients who are experiencing bereavement, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and relationship issues. I recognise that everyone processes experienc鈥�

I work with clients facing many life difficulties who would like support to understand themselves better and recover or heal from the experiences they have had. Some people have very specific experiences they know they are challenged by, others may f鈥�

I am a fully accredited counsellor with a humanistic and empathetic approach, deciding to seek counselling is often a huge step and I am there to support and work with you. I have a diploma in therapeutic counselling and have worked for a local drop-鈥�
