Prior to my career in counselling, I worked with young people as a teacher. I enjoyed seeing them achieve both their academic and personal potential. I still thrive on seeing people grow, it is now focussed on their emotional and mental well-being. I鈥�

I am Tony, I'm from Newcastle. I trained in Durham and have accumulated hundreds of hours of experience working with clients. Your therapy will be focused on you, and it will progress at your pace.  You'll not be pushed into talking about anything yo鈥�

Sessions I offer in-person counselling in the Stratford-upon-Avon area, as well as online and phone sessions. Prefer to talk from the comfort of your own home? Remote counselling allows you to access support from wherever you feel most at ease 鈥� safe鈥�

You might look like you鈥檙e coping on the outside, but feel anxious, overwhelmed or not quite 鈥渆nough鈥� underneath. Even when you understand why, things don鈥檛 seem to change. Sometimes it isn鈥檛 just about what鈥檚 happening now, it鈥檚 about experiences th鈥�

Together we will work on the things that matter to you. What ever you bring to our sessions will be treated with respect and care. You choose if we work together short or long term. It is your choice if we meet in person, online or by telephone.  I h鈥�
