Hey! I'm Ben, an integrative counsellor providing short or long-term counselling for adults 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, low-mood or stress, or those who just feel that something isn't right and are finding it difficult to deal with the ch鈥�

As an Integrative-Relational Counsellor, I provide therapy for individuals facing a variety of life challenges within a safe and supportive space. This allows you to explore the issues that matter most to you, at a pace that feels comfortable. My rol鈥�

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and respectful space for you to talk about you and feel what you鈥檙e feeling. A large part of our work will be building a space where those two things feel possible. Safety is a felt experience and together we c鈥�
