I am knowledgeable, experienced and understanding. I offer a warm, confidential and safe space to talk. I have completed a BA (Hons) in Counselling at Middlesex University. I have experience in long-term therapy, NHS time-limited and prison counselli鈥�

I work integratively, which essentially means that I'm trained to use different approaches and tools based on you and your needs. This brings flexibility to our online therapy sessions. I am trained to work in a variety of ways and across differen鈥�
