I offer 60-minute counselling sessions in a calm and confidential setting. I'll listen without judgement and we'll create a space to work together on what brings you to counselling. This may include gently challenging thoughts, figuring out behaviour鈥�

I offer specialised therapy for high-functioning individuals and couples who appear 鈥渇ine鈥� on the surface, yet beneath feel disconnected, emotionally numb or overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift. This may show up as anxiety, l鈥�
