Hello, I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in Anxiety, Abuse, Trauma and Addiction. I practice both online and in person in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and the heart of the City of London, just a short walk from Bank tube st鈥�

My theoretical background lies strongly in philosophy, due to this I have chosen to pursue a career in existential psychotherapy. Prior to starting my education with philosophy, psychotherapy and counselling, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Psyc鈥�
