I am Humanistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, presently based in West Sussex. Practicing in short and long term therapy for individuals. Face-to-face and telephone counselling offered. I am experienced in counselling on many subjects such as anxiet鈥�

Past experiences can continue to affect the way we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others. Sometimes these experiences can leave us feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in unhelpful patterns. I offer a safe, supportive and non-ju鈥�

Sometimes we need someone to see us so that we can clearly see ourselves. I believe that change happens when we are given space to be truly seen and accepted. This is when we can reach into our own resources and find solutions that work for us. Every鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor working from a strong person-centred foundation and coaching therapy.  I place strong emphasis on building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, as I believe this is central to meaningful change. Sessions are co鈥�

My practice is integrative, relational and trauma鈥慽nformed. Rather than following a rigid model, I shape the work around you. Together we identify what matters most and choose approaches that fit鈥攄rawing from person鈥慶entred therapy, CBT鈥慽nformed stra鈥�

I work in an integrative way which means I can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches which are best for you and your situation. I don鈥檛 believe that I am an expert in your situation but I hold your best interests at the centre of my work. I provi鈥�

I have been working with clients in person and online; if you feel confused or uncertain or generally not able to process things as you once did therapy will enable you to explore these feelings and help to reduce anxiety/depression.
