Hello and welcome, I'm Charlie. I'm a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in South Manchester. Working in the NHS and the charity sector over the years, I bring to my role experience of supporting adults from diverse backgrounds experienci鈥�

I believe that, as we move through life, our experiences shape us in ways that we may not always be fully aware. At times, these experiences can leave us feeling disconnected, uncertain or no longer quite ourselves. At the same time, I hold the belie鈥�

I work as an integrative psychotherapist, adapting therapy to the needs of each person rather than following a single therapeutic model. My clinical training began in Adlerian psychotherapy and has developed to include psychodynamic, person-centred a鈥�

I offer short/medium and longer term therapy or psychoanalysis with individuals and couples in both my Hampstead and London Bridge practises.  I have been practising since 1993 and offer a safe and supportive space in which to make sense of difficult鈥�

My specialisms are working with self-esteem, childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression. We will develop an improved understanding of yourself and others, helping you build confidence, reduce self-criticism, and embrace a more positive outlook on life鈥�
