I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist  (working with the approaches of Cognitive behaviour therapy, Person Centred and Psychodynamic theory).  I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to counselling as every client is unique鈥�

I am currently working solely online, seeing clients via Google Meet or WhatsApp Video.  Working online has many benefits, giving you the opportunity to access therapy in the comfort of your own home, as well as being able to access the right therapi鈥�
