I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have extensive experience of working in the NHS 'Talking Therapies' service and a general counselling practice in the City of Leicester. I now work from my private practice, in Oadby, as a Person Cen鈥�

If you are having problems in your life, finding the space and time to understand them is often difficult. I can help with this, providing you a confidential place to talk through the things worrying you. Everyone is unique; each person鈥檚 situation d鈥�

I offer a free initial meeting. I provide a calm, safe and inclusive space in-person or online to explore your anxieties. I listen with empathy, authentic interest and compassion, without judging, enabling your trust to be seen, heard and supported. 鈥�

I see clients mainly in person at my home in Tooting. I am 15 minutes walk from either Wandsworth Common overground or Tooting Bec on the Northern Line, and parking is easy near me. Sessions are normally weekly, and last 50 minutes. I can see you bef鈥�

I work pluralistically, meaning that I can draw upon a range of different therapeutic ideas and approaches, depending upon what is a good fit for you. We would work together to help you explore and untangle the issues that are weighing on you, in ord鈥�

I have been trained as an integrative counsellor, initially from a person-centred and existential background, and more recently informed by trauma, internal family systems and psychodynamic approaches. However, as a therapist, I keep a broad curiosit鈥�
