My name is Katie, I am a warm, intuitive and compassionate counsellor who feels strongly that even in crisis, there is hope for healing and transformation. I truly believe in the power and process of the therapeutic relationship to help you to heal, 鈥�

My approach is warm and down to earth. I offer support in a space where you can feel heard and understood. In my work with women, I offer support around stress, anxiety, trauma and the challenges that can arise with navigating parenting and relations鈥�
