I work with clients using an integrative approach. My purpose is to help you to grow self awareness, insight and resilience at your own rate. I can see clients in Harrogate and Leeds and in either place I try to create a safe, warm environment for us鈥�

I offer a collaboration between you, the client, and myself as the counsellor. Together, following your lead, we will explore what you choose to bring to counselling to help you toward a goal, toward understanding, toward finding peace, or to better 鈥�

How can I help you live the life that you want? As a Psychotherapist I have experience of supporting people who present with issues including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, loss, loneliness, perfectionism, lack of confidence and re鈥�
