Life can feel overwhelming and you don鈥檛 have to face it alone. You may be living with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or family issues. Whatever you鈥檙e going through, there is a way forward鈥攁nd my therapeutic support can help鈥�

I'm a compassionate and approachable counselling psychotherapist, known for my deep empathy. I can provide you with one-on-one support in navigating various life challenges. My approach to counselling is not one-size-fits-all. I adapt my support to s鈥�

I work with adults, young people and couples. I work part-time in a secondary school, and enjoy working creatively. As well as face to face and online, I also have a growing interest for walk and talk counselling and the therapeutic benefits of being鈥�
