I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor working with adults. The way I work is through the person-centred modality, which is a humanistic, non-directive approach offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatev鈥�

I work with individuals and couples and have extensive experience working with clients of different faiths, cultures and diversity of difficulties.  I also offer clinical supervision to other counsellors and psychotherapists.

I work face to face or on zoom (I hold a certificate in working remotely). My counselling approach is integrative, as I believe that it is important to adapt my way of working to my clients personality  and their presenting issues. Amongst the Contin鈥�

I offer one to one therapeutic counselling for adults 鈥榠n the room鈥� at Old Market, Bristol on Tuesdays, Clifton Down on Thursday evenings, and online. My practice training and experience is integrative which means that I combine and apply more than o鈥�

I have a PhD in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am a lecturer at Regent's University London where I teach on the existential pathway. I am also Chair of the Constructivist and Existential College of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKC鈥�
