I am trained and experienced in counselling adults, including couples, children and young people aged 7 to 18 years. Being a fully qualified integrative counsellor means I can draw on elements of different therapeutic approaches to find a way of work鈥�

I am an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist. Although the basis of my approach is relational I also integrate Gestalt therapy, Family systems ideas, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (A.C.T.) and concepts from Transactional analysis. I am a trauma鈥�
