When a child or young person comes to see me, they and their family might be at their wits鈥� end, feeling lost, angry, fearful and out of control. They may feel misunderstood and alone, or that something is wrong with them. This can have a big impact 鈥�

I counsel young people (13+) and adults to help 鈥渏oin the dots鈥� and feel more confident to make challenging life choices. Face to face or online, I work with a wide range of issues specifically anxiety, abuse, school and relationship difficulties. Ov鈥�
