Hi - are you feeling stuck? Repeating the same patterns of behaviour again and again in your life or relationship and going round in circles? Do you feel a lack of love/respect with your partner or someone close to you? Has sex, intimacy or compulsiv鈥�

Sometimes the hardest thing is realising how long you have been carrying everything on your own.  Perhaps you are always holding things together for everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. Perhaps your relationships leave you feeling anxious鈥�
