In our therapy sessions, I believe that strength begins with vulnerability. Over time, becoming more comfortable with that vulnerability leads to self-awareness and growth. My aim is to provide you a space where you can take the mask off and openly d鈥�

My journey into counselling started nearly a decade ago now and has seen me transition from the corporate world of work, marketing and communications to a world of words, thoughts and feelings.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and explore what feels difficult, confusing or out of step in your life. Many people come to therapy without a clear story 鈥� only a sense of heaviness, anxiety, shame, or bei鈥�
