Hello, I am Sophie, an accredited M糖心官网 psychotherapist. I hold a PGDip in Trauma Psychotherapy and have extensive experience supporting individuals affected by trauma.  I work with clients aged 16 and above, across adolescence, adulthood, and later 鈥�

I鈥檓 a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and advanced-trained Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) therapist working with adults experiencing the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, lo鈥�

I offer open, non-judgemental and professional support and a flexible approach which provides the right conditions for you to resolve problem issues.  We all have something to work on, to understand better or change. This could be a specific problem 鈥�

My approach is relational, meaning I place great importance on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. I put your needs first and tailor our work together to suit you as an individual, recognising that everyone鈥檚 experiences and 鈥�

At times we all experience challenges in life, whether they be isolated situations or ongoing difficulties. These can feel overwhelming and may lead to increased stress levels and constant worry, and can interfere with our sleeping, eating and our ge鈥�

Life brings many challenges, and we might, understandably, seek support in navigating them at times. Often, we can suppress our feelings of unhappiness, but deep down, we can feel the pain from our past or the anguish from our current problems. Even 鈥�
