My journey began over a decade ago when I first followed my interest in psychology and counselling. I went on to complete an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master鈥檚 in Health Psychology. Working in mental health settings across the UK, and 鈥�

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or noticing patterns in your life or relationships that are difficult to change. Therapy can offer a space to begin making sense of this and finding a way forward. I work with clients online and face to face, su鈥�
