I am an experienced therapist with over 20 years of practice.  I am passionate about helping people work through the parts of their lives that they find challenging.  I believe that it is helpful to explore the relationship we have with ourselves and鈥�

I offer two types of therapy; talking therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). Talking therapy I work using a mainly psychodynamic approach to counselling. An approach to therapy which means that we will explore what lies ben鈥�
