I am a qualified and registered counsellor based in the UK, offering safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling where you can speak openly and feel heard. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or are simply struggling to make sense of鈥�

I have a wealth of experience gained over the past 25 years as a counsellor and psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, maintaining a private practice throughout. My approach is Humanistic and integrative, and I work using elements of Person-Centred鈥�

My intention is to provide you with a safe, caring, confidential and welcoming space through life鈥檚 ups and downs, and to bring my full, open minded attention to whatever you wish to explore. After a challenging period in my own adolescence I went on鈥�

Changing unhelpful old patterns of behaviour and damaging core beliefs may not be immediately obvious. As the saying goes - 鈥測ou can鈥檛 read the label from inside the jar鈥� or you can鈥檛 efficiently identify or solve your own problems because you鈥檙e jus鈥�

I offer a free half-hour introductory session to see if we are a good match and would work well together. A good connection is the most reliable predictor of effective therapy and it is hard to gauge this without meeting. I am an integrative therapis鈥�
