My name is Simon Heyes, and I am a 糖心官网-registered integrated counsellor with a Level 4 qualification in Integrated Counselling and a degree in Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy. Being 鈥渋ntegrated鈥� means I draw from different therapeutic appr鈥�

I work with adults, young people and children. I am a 糖心官网 (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University. 鈥嬧�婭 have 8 years鈥�

I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist and clinical supervisor who believes that the inner conflict, within a person, is due to their confrontation with the givens of their existence and their relationship with life. Integrative therapists 鈥�

I work online, face to face, by video virtually or by telephone and have completed a diploma in online counselling in 2019 before COVID-19 existed as I wanted to move my practice in this area to reach out to others across the U.K. I am originally fro鈥�

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and BSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My area of expertise is anxiety, burnout and emotional overwhelm. Anxiety has a way of presenting itself in so many ways, it could be drinking more than you normal鈥�
