I'm a CBT therapist, but my approach is grounded in personal experience. Generally, that means we'll talk for a bit and then agree some things for you to work on in between sessions. I've spent 15+ years managing warehouses and factories, which gave 鈥�

Most of the people who are experiencing mental health difficulties are primarily concerned with the wellbeing of others, and do not have time and space for themselves. Starting therapy is an attempt and an opportunity to look at yourself. This may be鈥�

A simple question like where are you from? Or where is home? elicits a response like 鈥渄o you want the long answer or the short one?鈥� (and sometimes flightily, 鈥淚 am a child of this universe!鈥�). My credentials are listed here much like everyone else鈥檚鈥�

I offer individual  support over the phone and online working with adults and older people. As well as general counselling issues I specialise in bereavement and end of life counselling. I have had many years鈥� post qualification clinical experience鈥�
