I believe that by exploring the past in a safe space, we can learn to live in the present, and start looking forward to the future. I am trained as an Integrative/Pluralistic Counsellor, which means I work from the perspective that people are differe鈥�

While I specialise in neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD and AuDHD, I also have experience with domestic violence through my work with Watford Women鈥檚 Centre. I have a diploma in counselling & psychotherapy, working with a humanistic approach. Hu鈥�
