My name is George and I am a qualified Gestalt Counsellor based in Southampton. I have much experience of client work and have dealt with a wide range of issues.鈥� Gestalt is a humanistic approach to counselling which focuses on our individual expe鈥�

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and I offer online therapy to adults across the UK. Alongside my private practice, I have worked for several years providing psychodynamic therapy within the NHS, and as a listening volunteer with Switch鈥�
