I offer face鈥憈o鈥慺ace, online, phone, and outdoor therapy sessions, so you can choose the option that feels safest and most comfortable for you. Outdoor 鈥渨alk鈥慳nd鈥憈alk鈥� therapy can feel especially gentle and grounding, walking side by side often easin鈥�

I founded Holden Place Therapy to create a calm, reflective space for those living with grief, loss, trauma, and the complex emotions that come with life鈥檚 inevitable changes. My vision brings together warmth, integrity, and professional care to supp鈥�
