Life can be really complex and often overwhelming, leaving us at times feeling isolated and alone, even when we are surrounded by people. As such there might be many different reasons why people come into counselling. Sometimes the issues we experien鈥�

Some people see problems and step back鈥擨 lean in. Whether I am sitting across from a corporate executive on the verge of burnout or guiding a trauma survivor toward healing, I have  built a career out of tackling the challenges that most would avoid.鈥�
