Hi. I'm Mel, an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, based in Surrey in the UK. Thank you for taking that first step to finding some support and finding me in the Directory. There are many reasons why you may find yourself here, you may not yet 鈥�

I am a qualified and registered therapist with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I practice integrative therapy, working with adults and young people aged 15 and over. I offer face-to-face therapy in Bristol and see clients on鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I adopt an 鈥渋ntegrative鈥� approach. By this I mean that I draw on many different therapeutic methods and models in my work and tailor the approach to what best suits you and the topic. As well as ind鈥�

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe that many of the difficulties we experience in adulthood鈥攊ncluding addiction, shame, low self-esteem, anxiety, codependency, and relationship problems鈥攐ften have their roots in 鈥�
