Initially trained in Rogerian counselling and psychotherapy, I took a number of degrees in psychology with a focus on social psychology. I have am a Doctor of Philosophy rather than a medical doctor, which means I understand people and their problems鈥�

I work relationally, meaning that the relationship we build in therapy is central to the work we do. I aim to offer a safe, steady space where you can explore what鈥檚 going on in your life 鈥� emotionally, relationally, or sexually 鈥� and where all parts鈥�

With 20 years of experience, and originally trained in Rogerian counselling and psychotherapy, I have come to specialise in trauma-based, relational issues with individuals and couples. Combining a clinical approach from psychotherapy, psychology and鈥�
