Hello, I am Suzette, and I am a Therapeutic counsellor registered with the 糖心官网. I work with adults, children (11+) and young people, this can be in person or online, short or long term, depending on your needs. Life is challenging and perhaps you ar鈥�

Therapy is a time to think, process and decompress in a safe, supportive and understanding environment. Therapy can benefit many; those who seek support in times of struggle, those who need help in processing their experiences; or for those who wish鈥�

Do you feel that past events and other people have a negative impact on your emotions? Are they holding you back? Have you tried to change, but find you can鈥檛 on your own?  Has a health care professional given you a diagnosis, or have you tried to di鈥�

Yvonne works as a psychotherapist and counsellor in private practice, seeing individuals and couples for both short-term and long-term work; and also provides supervision to both trainees and qualified practitioners. Yvonne uses a psychodynamic theo鈥�

Finding the right therapist once you have made the decision to embark on your therapeutic journey can seem daunting, it is important that you feel comfortable and supported during your journey and it is my priority to ensure that a comfortable, non-j鈥�

I offer in person sessions from my therapy room on Frederick Street in Edinburgh as well as online and over the phone. Please contact me to check availability. I specialise working individually with clients 18 and older and I'm continually refreshing鈥�
