About Me I鈥檝e worked as a counsellor in a number of settings for over 20 years. I鈥檓 experienced in helping support with issues such as anxiety, depression, work stress, bereavement and relationships amongst others. I鈥檝e had experience of being on the鈥�

I am an existential psychotherapist and couples therapist and completed Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology doctorate training (DcPsych) Supporting Couples and Individuals In person in North London and online 鈥� Supporting individuals on transiti鈥�

With over 15 years experience as a qualified therapist, I offer compassion, support and empathy for people in stressful situations.  I'm here to help, and would be delighted to meet you either in person or online.  My aim is to improve self worth by 鈥�
