Here is a little bit about me. My journey to becoming a qualified counsellor began with personal experiences. Struggling with dyslexia in school and facing significant life challenges, including loss and navigating complexed family dynamics, led me t鈥�

I鈥檓 a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Holistic Life Coach. Being integratively trained means that I have knowledge of different counselling approaches, which I can draw from and adapt to fit your individual needs. I may also use elements from c鈥�
