I support young people aged 12+ and adults to talk about their problems. I provide a relaxed and calm space for you, or your child, to talk about the things that are keeping you awake at night, or always niggling at the back of your mind. As well as 鈥�

I am a BPC accredited psychodynamic counsellor and M糖心官网 psychotherapist who trained at Birkbeck, University of London, and works empathetically with individuals in order to help them explore and work-through their difficulties. I offer Online therap鈥�

First of all I will listen to what brings you to counselling.  We will then spend some time sorting out the key issues that you feel are causing problems, and talk through the future work we do together.  This will mean doing a full assessment of cur鈥�
