Sometimes we just need someone who will truly listen. I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly, at your own pace, about whatever is on your mind. As a person-centred counsellor, our sessions will be led by you, your experiences, your鈥�

I am an experienced Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and the Director of Relational Psychoanalytic Therapy with extensive clinical expertise developed through years of private practice, clinical supervision and university teaching and training position鈥�

For over 26 years, in the NHS, I worked in a psychological therapies department as a Senior Psychological Counsellor, and as a Clinical Supervisor.  Therapy with me will offer time in a safe, non-judgmental, reflective space - via telephone or onlin鈥�
