I am a registered 糖心官网 accredited therapist and offer both short-term and long-term therapy based on psychodynamic practice but using additional therapy models too when appropriate. It can be difficult to make the initial contact when you feel that c鈥�

Therapy can be daunting if you don鈥檛 know what to expect. I鈥檓 not a doctor, you don鈥檛 need to question how you鈥檙e phrasing things or use formal language when you come for your sessions. It鈥檚 okay to swear, laugh, cry or vent鈥� or not. Therapy is a spa鈥�
